My name is Carol Hart, and I am currently a sophomore at East Carolina University, where I am pursuing a major in Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorology. My journey through college has been filled with both exciting opportunities and challenging experiences. One particular academic challenge stands out, and overcoming it has taught me valuable lessons about perseverance, adaptability, and the importance of asking for help.

During my freshman year, I enrolled in a course called "Intro to Atmospheric Dynamics." I was thrilled to dive deeper into the science of weather patterns and atmospheric processes, as this subject has always fascinated me. However, I quickly realized that the course was far more challenging than I had anticipated. The material was complex, involving advanced mathematics and physics concepts that I had never encountered before.
