As a rising junior at Hampton University, majoring in Kinesiology with a focus on Physical Therapy, I have faced several academic challenges. One experience that truly tested my resilience and determination was during my sophomore year. This period was marked by a particularly demanding anatomy and physiology course that pushed me to my limits.

From the outset, I knew that the course would be intense. The syllabus was thick with complex terminology and detailed diagrams, and I realized that my usual study habits would not suffice. I had to comprehend not just the names of bones and muscles, but also understand their functions and relationships within the human body. The sheer volume of information was overwhelming, and it felt like I was constantly playing catch-up.
