A college degree has numerous advantages, from academics to new experiences. The most significant advantage is the knowledge that you gain throughout college. Not only does education give you the necessary resources to pursue your wanted career, it allows you to discover new things. And I am not just talking about academics. Going through college allows you to gain new skills that you will need in everyday life. It teaches you how to interact with people and get a job. Working hard for your goals is a value expressed through most colleges. A college degree greatly increases your opportunities in life. With a degree you have more job opportunities. In addition to this, it allows you to focus on something that you are passionate about. By pursuing a passion in college you are able to get a job that you truly enjoy. And if you have a job that you enjoy you will never work a day in your life. Though that may sound a little cheesy, it is true. Why have a job that makes you miserable? I don’t want to live a life with a job that I hate. I don’t believe that is a life worth living. That is why I am excited about getting my degree. It will allow me to do what I love. That is what is most important to me, doing what I love. And with the help of a college degree me and many others can do that
