As I reflect on my academic journey at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, one particular challenge stands out as a defining moment in my college experience. It was during my sophomore year, when I was enrolled in a core management course that was known for its rigorous curriculum and demanding expectations. This course was not just a test of my academic abilities, but also a test of my resilience and determination.

From the very first class, I realized that this management course would be unlike any other I had taken before. The professor had a reputation for being tough but fair, and the syllabus was packed with complex theories, case studies, and group projects. As a management major, I knew this class was crucial for my understanding of the field, but the sheer volume of material and the pace at which we were expected to learn it was overwhelming.
